We would like to bring your attention to the following terms and conditions for your upcoming Umrah journey:
1. Please be aware that in addition to the package cost, GST at 5% and TCS at 20% will be applied.
2. Any new charges imposed by the Saudi authorities are the responsibility of the Pilgrims and are not included in the package prices.
3. Embassy and visa fees are non-refundable. If a passport is sent to the embassy, a charge of INR 2000/- will be applicable, and the process may take 3 to 4 working days. Courier charges may vary.
4. We will not be held responsible for any delay, rejection, and/or mistakes in the Umrah visa application from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
5. Tour dates and programs are tentative and subject to change without prior notification. Please note that Umrah is different from other countries' tour packages, there is no predefined itinerary in Umrah as it completely depends on the circumstances in Saudi Arabia.
6. The prices mentioned are calculated at 1 SAR = 23 INR. Customer will bear any increase in the package price due to currency fluctuations.
7. The airfare is calculated at Rs 30,000 for Connecting flights and 35,000 for Direct flights, and any fare increase will be added to the package price and borne by the Haji.
8. Any variations in airfare or visa fees must be paid before departure.
9. Child fares do not apply to low-cost/budget airlines.
10. Rates may vary during festive seasons (November, December, January, Shawwal, Muharram, Ramadan, Eid, Eid-Milad-Un-Nabi, etc.).
11. Watch YouTube videos and consult scholars and muftis before leaving for Umrah.
12. Please ensure you have a hard copy (printout) of your ticket, visa, insurance, hotel voucher, and Umrah visa before reaching the airport, as our staff will not arrange printouts at the airport.
13. Purchase Saudi Riyal from India before reaching the airport, as it is more expensive in Makkah, Madina, and airports.
14. Keep 10-20-50-100 Saudi Riyal in change for emergency use.
15. Carry your medicine in your handbag, not in checked baggage.
16. Keep an extra set of Ehram and slippers for emergencies.
17. It is advisable to wear Ihram before crossing the meeqat. If you are travelling to Jeddah Airport for Umrah, wearing Ihram from your home is recommended.
18. The transportation in this package is in sharing buses, there is no private taxi if you miss the group bus. So, you have to manage your private transportation at your own cost.
19. Aimah Tours kit, including one photo identity card, one water bottle, one shoulder bag, and one sling bag, must be collected from our office in New Delhi.
20. Please activate roaming on your SIM before leaving India and download IMO, SKYPE, and BOTIM for video and audio calls, as WhatsApp calls do not work in Saudi Arabia.
21. Avoid sharing your fingerprint with unfamiliar individuals under any circumstances. There have been instances where individuals on the street obtain fingerprints and use them to obtain a free SIM card on your behalf. In such situations, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a free SIM card, as Umrah visas only allow the issuance of two SIMs. Ensure that you purchase a SIM card only from the registered office of the STC company, you just have to visit STC office and show them your visa and they will provide you SIM card.
21. The distance from Haram Sharif and Masjid an-Nabawi to the hotel may vary on different platforms, and it is determined from the boundary of Haram Sharif and Masjid-e-Nabawi up to the hotel.
22. Each room will accommodate 5 Members.
23. Some rooms in Madinah hotels might have common bathrooms.
24. Hotels do not provide room service. It is advisable to clean your room by yourself.
25. Toiletries such as buckets, mugs and towels will not be provided in the hotels of Makkah and Madinah.
26. Hotel accommodations of identical or similar qualities will be provided if the chosen hotel becomes inaccessible for unforeseen reasons.
27. Specified timings should be followed for Ziyarat and meals already mentioned on the Banner of Aimah Tours, we cannot provide Food, Drinks or private Ziyarat once you missed
28. A vaccination certificate certifying full vaccination is mandatory to avail the facility of health insurance.
29. Drinking Water will be provided only in the designated mess dining area. It is recommended to purchase a 5-litre water bag from the shops near the clock tower in Makkah and fill your bottles with Zamzam water. The only place where you can drink unlimited Zamzam water is Masjid al-Haram, so take advantage of this opportunity while you are in Makkah. Refrain from drinking regular water and prioritize Zamzam water whenever possible. You will likely miss this unique water once you return to India.
30. Laundry service will be provided by the third party once in Makkah and once in Madinah. Please note the quality of laundry in Makkah and Madina is not suitable for your new clothes, it is advisable to bring your detergent cloth washing brush and Iron Press.
31. We will not be held accountable for the loss or theft of passports or luggage at any point during the trip.
32. Do not carry Indian flags or flags from any other country, as taking pictures with flags is banned and can lead to a jail sentence.
33. Riyaz Ul Jannah's permit is not included in our package. However, it can be processed at the time of applying for a visa, but we do not guarantee its availability. The Saudi government has launched the NUSUK app, which allows personal applications for the Riyaz Ul Jannah permit.
34. Pilgrims requiring wheelchairs are encouraged to bring their own.
35. Pilgrims are not allowed to meet with their relatives and friends inside the hotel rooms and restaurant area until they obtain the Aimah Tours Land Package, or meeting outside the hotel or haram area is permissible.
36. We provide you with this package at a much lower price as compared to the other companies, so as a token of gratitude after your first Umrah, performing a second Umrah as Umrah Badal for Marhoom Mohammad Furqan Ahmad Sahab or Marhooma Naseem Bano Sahiba would be highly appreciated.
